At Bikini Sales Store, we want you to love your swimwear as much as we love designing it. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of our bandeau tops, Brazilian bikini bottoms, or any other swimwear, we’re here to help with our straightforward returns process.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on DD/E Swimwear, F Cup Swimwear, and Fuller Cup Swim items unless they arrive defective or damaged. All other swimwear styles are eligible for returns.
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to return your swimwear:
- Submit a Return Request: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you’d like to return or exchange.
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include all tags.
- Ship Your Return: Mail the package to our return address (provided in your approval email) using a trackable shipping service.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival):
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Credit card/PayPal refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days
- You’ll receive an email notification when your refund has been processed
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange your item for a different size or color (subject to availability). Follow the standard return process and indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange. We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your high-waisted bikini bottoms or one-piece swimsuit arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a free replacement or refund.
